I am trying to understand what was life like bh (before hanlong) and i am wondering what will life be like if this deal fails. My thinking is short term pain for medium turn gain, but I am just a regular retailer shareholder.
I cant understand why so many feel it is of critical importance to accept the 45 cent offer. If this is a world class resource then supply & demand will see someone pay fair value for it one day, hopefully one day soon!
Does anyone know if Merryl Lynch get rewarded if the deal goes through at 45 cents. If it doesn't go through does that meant some poor merchant bankers will miss out on their bonus??
