I have a small feeling Chinese could be using the same strategy that they have been using around Chinese new year in recent years especially in the copper market and to a lesser extent with other metals. Talk it down, let prices drift on the back of inventory builds on the LME and then come in and buy it until there is just a few days worth of supply again. Just a thought. Can't wait to see Chinese data in December, we shall have a beter idea on economy then.
