I would have thought well prior to the AGM, before SHs voted on #6. Spill Motion - which was poorly constructed given I (and, many others apparently) voted YES to the first 5, but then YES to 6....which if you'd voted YES to 1-5, likelihood was you'd be wanting to vote NO to 6.
