Can you please clarify your connection with SDL. My reason for asking comes from your previous comment;
"Porter has no choice to sell his 100 million shares last week in order to obtain money to pay for the convertible notes issued to him. Although he did NOT want to sell at 0.010, he has no choice since SDL requires money"
This suggest you have discussed the matter with him personally. If that is not the case, how can you substantiate your statement regarding his NOT wanting to sell at .01 as being correct?
