    Hi taboon.

    And I believe the Highway between Douala and Lolabe is being funded by EximBank Chinese Government Bank. Funding was signed off near the end of 2016 I believe. Cant open up the Port properly without adequate roads to carry the imports and exports.
    Just like the SDL Project, Infrastructure funding is needed to be signed off at the same time as Mine funding. Neither works without the other.
    Mbalam does not work without Nabeba.
