if sdl is now choosing between two bidders which meet its criteria and look to be putting the finishing touches to some great deal, why hasn't the share price moved higher from the last great deal they announced? and speaking of that deal how come Noble got to slip through the back door of the water tight tender process when negotiating rights to marketing arrangements over the Mbalam iron ore?
