i said "looks like a done deal". I do not have proof and i do want such a low takeover price.

But i have asking the question can SDL move forward if the other chinese entities play hard balls. If so the share price will drift down again and we have another long wait.

I know management is working very hard but we need $$$$$ to achieve the vision. Maybe it is working hard now to get a better offer if the Japanese, Koreans and Indians don't want to play.
