All these articles people are posting are also just opinions by the writer much like that of everyone here on HotCopper so everyone should calm down a little..
Another misleading fact is that Hanglong are quoting the takeover at $1.4b though what many are over looking is the 19% stake they already own and will not have to pay up on, effectively they are trying to buy the company for $1.1b (not including the purchase of their original stake)
