Cameroon ignored the emergency stop order on issuing mining rights to anyone else. Congo doesn't even acknowledge the ICC at all.
The only ones benefiting from the litigation are the lawyers and firms. As soon as Clifford Chance and Burford realise this is going nowhere their funding will cease and they will attempt to recover their expenses from SDL. IMO.
How much does SDL have in the bank and how much are their assets worth?
