I have been reading some of that SLD notices last year before losing interest. If you read earlier notices there are references to the SLD management meeting with China steel mills, commodity trader, funders and what have you. Not sure they can prove they own those relationships if indeed some of them are now part of Ding's consortium.
In any case, China, Cameroon and Congo won't wait for this legal nonsense in WA. There are multiple projects ready to go. Ding will simply play with SLD and wear them out during the project construction. LOL
