Incompetent to the point of handing over their IP to the Cameroon Gov't and potential Chinese EPC contractors with the "Transition Agreement" long before ANS was on the scene, and then not be involved any negotiations.

It beggars belief how badly SDL have managed their own affairs.
Going back to 2010 made interesting reading. If it wasn't so sad and pathetic, it would be funny.
We can only shake our heads in disbelief.
