Ethics? Ask yourself if SDL disclosed to ANS that it knew that it had lost all credibility with Cameroon and Congo Governments through repeated failures? Did they hide or delay disclosure of the fragility of their tenure so they could bleed two years of funding from ANS?
And do not delude yourself that SDL had anything to do with compiling the world class Chinese consortium that will open up central Africa . That was 100% ANS. 100% Ding.
