Wot, I wouldn't get too carried away. The ICC is all bark and no bite as has often been said on this forum.
I doubt very much Cameroon would obey the ICC order. It has already been 5 days since the order was issued on 1 April and yet Cameroon hasn't bothered to even respond. LOL.
If the ICC order is indeed enforceable then the implication to the project construction timetable is anyone's guess given the DFS and the Mbalam port and rail infrastructure IP are also under a cloud in terms of the WA Supreme Court ruling.
SLD holders should not get ahead of themselves and jump to any conclusion. This could simply be a game of bluff and bluster. LOL.
