good post leon, but for a non holder you go great length to convince us that USD 0.50c is fair value for SDL.
Not too sure who you are, but it seems you are here to convince us to take the offer from hanlong with a little more premium of 0.60c when they up the offer.
i think most holder will hold until we are told by management that this is the best offer we can get on the table, until then we will wait and see.
