Have you bought a house..if you have, you can imagine how long it takes to select one and put an offer..it's just a house, but JV discussions involve a big commitment, so if the discussions are ongoing..it's a good enough news..i as a holder have patience and I guess other holders share my view.

I don't understand why people without a holding have so much interest in discussion, it's like the gos, which people are interested in, only!
