Sundance have just released an update regarding legal action with Congo, Cameroon, and ANS.

Congo and Cameroon aside, the two highlighted sentences suggest to me that there isn't enough evidence to support their claims against us.

If there was clear and overwhelming evidence, then there would be nothing to "consider", SDL would proceed without hesitation.
