Ok, firstly, i happily disclaim that i hold both.

Now lets compare the two.


SDL:

No Shares: 2bn

Share price: $0.4

MARKET CAPITALISATION: $800,000,000

JORC: 190mt hemitite in Africa

Share Price already a multibagger with more to come having started off sub 5cents.



DMM:

No Shares: ~36mn shares with 24mn 20cent options = 60mn

Share price: $0.90

MARKET CAPITALISATION: $56,000,000 fully diluted

JORC: 33mt hemitite in Africa

Target for another 135mt hemitite and 800mt magnetite.



So, SDL mkt cap $800,000,000 Vs DMM mkt cap $56,000,000


I hold DMM as they expect to be minig and selling 11mtpa hemitite by 2010.

If so, they will be caped at $1bn+ and be as large as SDL.
