"Simple Maths –
SDL = 800,000,000 divide by 190,000,000 = $4.21 per tonne
DMM = 56,000,000 divide by 33,000,000 = $1.69 per tonne
But wait, if the Scoping study ratifies the 135mt????
DMM = 56,000,000 divide by 135,000,000 = $0.41c per tonne
Hence upside from here $4.21 / $0.41c = 10.26 bagger
Come on people…there should be a stampede on this…."
Trademark,
Industry norm as per the SDL MD presentation yesterday is to use $10pt for hemitite JORC resource.
$10pt on 33mt = $330,000,000
$330,000,000/56mn shares
=$5.89 on the 33mt JORC ONLY
ie, "only" = not including the 130mt hemitite estimate and 800mt magnetite estimate they should hopefully convert to JORC status.
When thats JORC status, you do the maths. lol
But, the market rarely values this as hoped or planned, but something close is the target.
