Can anyone confirm this? My understanding is that when SDL winds up Gennadiy Bogolyubov & Noble can claim a portion of SDL's leases as they would of had a lien over the leases as a condition of funding, however Hanlong would just rate along side all the Mom & Dad investors and will receive nothing.
Two things Im not sure of, has Hanlong leant any other money to SDL that could give them a claim and if the date passes and we relinquish the leases, do those leases still exist as such to be transferred??
