My opinion would be that if SDL go ass up, the leases would no longer be in SDL's name.
The leases would revert back to The Cameroon Government. The Russian and Noble would have only had some control over SDL, not over the leases or anything else.
While SDL is still in existence they have a share of the SDL companies, including The Congo Republic. They could wait for SDL to lose the Cameroon tenements and then proceed with looking to keep the Big resources in The Congo going with the other Big iron ore finds in The Congo and help fund the Belinga, Badondo and Avima to build a Rail line and Port in **on.
SDL could feasibly still keep going if they lose The Cameroon tenements and the funding partners wish so and concentrate on The Congo tenements.
The Chinese and Cameroon Government would have No control over The Congo tenements apart from The Chinese Hanlong holding in SDL.
