    Hi malmanu.

    The way the last announcement read in my opinion was, SDL and Partners to build the Rail and Port, not Cameroon Government.
    Chinese may tell Cameroon Government that they will fund the Rail and Port and they will say who if any others will share the Rail line and Port. If so they could be looking to lock others out so that they could offer to take over the other deposits like Avima and Badondo.
    Just my opinion.
