    Or is it. Can Board extend exercise date? Can Board change exercise price on the Options? Can Board split them into 3 parcels and say exercise 1/3 at $0.003 now; 1/3 at $0.006 in December 17 and 1/3 at $0.009 at December 2018. This will solve all problems, rise same amount of money but be more realistic and less risky.

    Does any one know if Board is able to do this???
