    One of SDM's competitors Taggart Global has just been taken over by Forge. 3x EBITDA apparently.

    If that is based on 2013 - SDM might be worth $220m based on 3 times the annualised last half year ($170m), plus $50m net cash approx.

    Current market cap is $116m - lol
