Another thought - I think there are enough franking credits in SDM to pay a $35m franked div - please somebody correct me if I am wrong - if a takeover was to come up - probably will not hold my breath - it could be sweetened by arranging for a big div to be part of the deal. Anyway - low probability, but worth mentioning I thought.
