    I was only talking of a div of that size in the event of a takeover of SDM as part of the transaction. I do think they will wait for a bargain. Morningstar suggests 10 cps for 2013, and 13 cps for 2014 - I couldn't really outguess their 4 analysts that make up the consensus used.
