I think it's pretty obvious that nothing much will be happening at Sal de Vida anytime soon. The project needs funding that GXY and the "Korean partners" don't currently have. The ramp up at Jiangsu needs to be the priority at the moment.

Perhaps James Bay and Ponton rare earths should be sold off and the proceeds put to more immediate use? Otherwise, it could be a very long time before anything happens with either of them.
