sdv dfs - Tomorrow?

Well, they kept their promise on the opening of the mine on March 31st.
They kept their promise on delivery of the 2 Chinese off-take contracts.
They kept their promise on merge being done by 29th (OK - we kept it for them).

Now - will they keep their promise for SDV DFS being "Ready in July" ?
Tomorrow would be great.
