Doesn't PLS have hopes on DSO with current non binding agreement.
It also has an MOU for logistics with Atlas Iron.
Atlas current cost of production for higher volume iron ore is 50-55USD/tonne. For PLS to make money and AGO to make money from the deal they must beed to sell DSO at $100USD a tonne given profits both need to make, lower volume and etc.
Not sure how much DSO PLS plans to sell....
Hence $200USD/tonne dso is too high and $100USD/tonne DSO maybe too low.
