I think it was someone else. I can only recall saying we should be reaching new highs by end of Q1, assuming no technical difficulties. If you are after robust price forecasts, 618 is your go-to person.
But 60 cents seems perfectly feasible if SE1 is as big as they think and Haber gets more support from the government and through offtake agreements.
