I tend to agree the Scots realized after AGM (large No vote) Biggs was not conducive to enhancing relations between the two camps after water theory. He had to go and it has been sugar-coated. If it was truly his plan to leave why stand for re-election? His tenure has not added much in sp terms in 3 three years, about 1c someone else quipped. We need a cracking 6 months to get the sp moving up to 50c, then we need a bidding war to erupt in PB for some of us long-termers to cash-in a few chips. Ox.
