Allow me to correct you - Im sure you arent so foolish as to do this deliberately.
I have written their fees are extortion like and that THEIR TALK IS CHEAP (not to be confused with their cost being cheap).

When you get an educmication come on here and tell us why;
a) you actually need an agent - in most cases they are ex- house wifes and have no greater expertise than any other house wife.
b) whether they actually sell a house or if a buyer buys a house
c) how us it that his/her commission hasnt gone down as a result of 'deregluation'? I assert that the 'real estate industry' aided and abetted by the state and local govts act in concert to keep fees high as the 'real estate industry' is a large employer.
