Its a good time for agents, they make money when the buyers are bullish, they make money when the sellers are bearish. Not many industries where you can profit every single time on the booms and the crashes.
I rate SEQ to outperform the rest of a fully priced market which will flatline at best IMO. Lots of development locked in for the GC, but fear it will create a huge oversupply post Commonwealth Games. Like the regional SEQ fringe areas like Ipswich and Toowoomba more for investment.
