What I read from 4c and Ann on 06/10 is 1. despite they removed their debt (which is a good thing), however on the other side, after calculating the selling price minus costs to sell, debt and costs to pay debt, not much cash left, so I see a possibility of CR. 2. The revenue of MD is actually lower than expected, only $1.3m. Without IOT division, the revenue may slide in the next quarter if the COVID sensor is not into full production. Happy to be corrected and so could rebuild my confidence to buy back when it reaches under-valued zone.
