What about Jonathon Tooth and their institutional investors? Don't they owe them some sort of performance obligation?

I don't know why anyone would assume they are trying to run the company into the ground. Usually management are struggling too to make headway.
My guess is that they do this big double whammy announcement of a covid sensor plus a reverse take over and hold an extraordinary AGM to get it approved. That coupled with new options and a new cap raise.
