Global sentiment towards plastic is changing. Single use plastic is not appropriate now. The Ocean for one is predicted to have more plastic waste then fish soon. China has stopped taking plastic for recycling(from my country anyway).
Is this a great business opp for AMC to transition away to more value added products which may increase margins as well as being beneficial for our planet. Will the costs of changing a to a lot of new recyclable packaging increase debt hugely before the benefits profit wise are reached. Interesting times for AMC and other packaging companies eg Berry global which seem to be out of favour atm
