The only ice melt that matters in relation to rising sea levels is ice which is located over land.
Sea ice melt is a neutral sum game because water expands by 10% to become ice and only 10% floats above the water surface. Subsequently any sea ice that melts creates no volume change in the oceans.
The whole North pole could disappear and it would not change ice levels at all.
