That sounds like 'it hasn't warmed since 2010, there must be an ice age coming'.
On the other hand, as has been pointed out by NASA, the water has moved from the ocean to the land - with massive floods in Australia, Brazil, Central America, North America and now Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. After the water from the latest floods flows back into the oceans the seas will continue to rise.
