Its nothing like that, mate perhaps you should read what has been posted. People up around the Lancelin area will lose a lot. Beach side blocks, only a fool would buy them in that area. There are million dollar homes around ledge point area that won't last 10 years before one bad storm under cuts the dune system they sit on. Roads and parks already lost along that coast line.
