    Hi Mike,

    I have found Andy to be assessable via email. He tends to take up to a week to respond however I have always got a reply and whilst he is very careful with his words (which he should be) I found him to be pretty honest.

    I can say that he is very pleased that Tony Strasser has joined the ELK team as he worked with Tony at Anzon Australia.

    This is a quality management team that will deliver.
