Hi The Ace - take a while to get used to that one.

Can't agree with you on this one. These guys have made wise and prudent decisions generally and have built a team of very experienced individuals. The incentives need to be there for them.

Ask yourself why are guys with this experience doing this. They could earn considerably more than this with larger organisation with their backgrounds. I think they truly believe in what they are doing and the rewards will come for all of us including them.

The numbers of options they are asking for are not going to dilute the registry in any way. Let's stick with them and support them. IMO.
