What a load of tommy rot! One way or the other (mostly barefaced lies) these so called scientists intend to separate the gullible tax payers from their money.
Let us consider one basic fact.
For ice to melt we need a temperature greater than 0 degrees centigrade.
The temperature in the antarctic gets down to and exceeds minus 60 degrees and averages minus 20 - 30 degrees in summer.
Yes, there will be some warmer spots allowing some melt but in the context of the whole this is relatively negligible.
So called global warming has not increased for the past 16 years but these pseudo scientists want the gravy train to continue.
