    It would certainly be difficult to set the structure but the UN, league of nations, etc.... are concepts that in part allow decision making to be viewed by the world and judged accordingly. This is the thought behind this.

    as to relinquishing sovereignty, no country ever does, they play the international game or they just refuse... then other countries take sides and its stored for future justification of this that or the other.

    Simple really though, like with a rating agency, no we wont cut off your uranium supply and make your people suffer, you will be downgraded though and have to pay more.


    just like with opec there is some concern with, are you really only producing x

    The thing with uranium is that its somewhat scarce, atleast in commercially viable quantities. So reduce the price to prevent competition and subsidies the producers to allow for additional backend costs.

    I agree idealism is fine as long as its tempered with the practical.
