Not a claim, trial mining has been done for Namibia.
I'll believe it when I see it in a BFS. I don't beliee this figure at all. If it was realistic the project would have been underway a long time ago. No logical reason for it not to.
I think denpal's great research on another project performing the same type of recovery proves this.
