    Michael Coggan has reported "Willem Westra Van Holthe is visitng Groote eylandt with the chief minister Terry Mills to discuss tradtional owners concerns about applications to mine the seabed. Mr Van Holthe says he expects an agreement will be negotitated with tradtional owners before the three year moratorium expires"

    Very encouraging to see the minister himself is involved and taken action on this. Interesting that he has stated " he expects an agreement" very positive news, seems the new government wants this to work.
