The TO's could seek a court a Federal Court injunction re the EPBC decision. Winchelsea island cannot be re-opened for NTM by the NT Govt.Along with Connextion Island, Winchelsea is currently in a five year moratorium under the Land rights Act as a result of the TO's rejecting NTM's application to explore. NTM can't start drilling just like that. That phase of their so called Groote Project would also need EPBC approval as well as a Mine Management Plan being approved by the NT DOR.
