DMODD: When selecting 'penny stocks', I investigate new, emerging or expanding companies, either in existing or new markets. Apart from other checklist/principles, one is: how much 'skin the game' has the companies management, in particular those at the top. Previous experience has shown me that this is one key factor that improves a companies likelihood of future success. Another similar is a management reward structure that links to share price performance. It has always impressed me that the top management of SFG are so heavily/personally invested $$s in this company. Personal commitment is obviously a driving element here, for no one goes into business to fail/loss $s, blind Freddy can see and accept that notion surely ?
