Well SFG management do have some form which backs up the pessimists view.
So they were caught out doing something which was unfair to ordinary shareholders last year and it is on the public record. Maybe they have changed and will treat you fairly from now on but what is that saying about leopards and spots. As for being strongly confident - well you haven't seen the PFS so your confidence is based on something else. Those that have seen the PFS and are being asked to provide finance seem somewhat less confident given that it is taking so long. The clock is ticking for PFS and I think it is less than an even money bet that they do get finance, and even if they do; the ordinary shareholder may not be the beneficiary. All IMO and DYOR
