Hey sorry guys i forgot to mention i small bottle of good quality tomato juice with the prawn cocktail. I leave it out for dipping salsa .
prawn salsa
Cooked king prawns deveined 1 kilo 250 /300 ml tomato juice Dice 1 onion fine/spring onion Dice 4/5 tomatoes fine splash of olive oil Chopped coriander 1 lime squeezed/or lemon 1 chilli with or without seeds or not at all salt 2/3 drops of worchester sauce,dont over do it
mix the salsa and then add prawns,marinade in fridge.
