I think the red and green capsicum would be quite festive for Christmas.
The combinations endless when I think of it.
We always have turkey w cranberry sauce, roast vegies and a couple of diff salads for those who don't want the full-on Christmas fare. Followed by cheesecake, pavlova or fresh fruit salad.
Boxing Day is a barbecue on the beach at Peterborough (Vic) which cleans up all leftovers pretty well.
