This extract from page(s) 111/112 of ISXs third attempt sums up the reality of the situation quite nicely:

ISX "want" :

A declaration that ASX has no power to:

It would be Very simple for ISX to solve all its problems. Very simple. Just come clean on "who did the work and where did the revenues come from" for the "disputed 4 contracts" .

But No. Instead ISX fight tooth and nail to stop the ASX finding out. Why? Why not just give them the information?

Why ? Because ISX desperately don't want to. Because ISX , I think, have something - something very big - to hide.

Coming out in federal court and filing claim after claim is second to none.

This are serious allegations and its how one perceives them.

Someone in ASX or elsewhere are so behind ISX. If they dont want to tell the world then they need o tell the federal court why ISX is still suspended.
